The city tax is included in the above rates (€0.90 per person per day).

SUMMER OFFER: The accommodation for the spouse is offered in the double room from 01/07/08 to 31/08/08

A coctail of welcome is offered to all the groups of more than 50 persons.

* Our meeting rooms are all equipped with: paperboard, screen, overhead projector.

Any other requirements will be subject to an additional charge.

Final room list: at least one week prior to arrival

Cancellation conditions:

Free of charge for more than 30 days notice

-30 days: 30% of the total cost of the stay

-15 days: 50% of the total cost of the stay

-7 days: 75% of the total cost of the stay

-3 days: 100% of the total cost of the stay

Since February 2007, our hotel provides two meeting rooms on the 5^th floor. The first one of 120 m² is ideal for conferences of up to 60 persons and the second one of 60 m² accommodates up to 30 persons.
Our meeting rooms are air-conditionned and soundproofed, equipped with the state-of-the art audio-visual equipment (workstation Z-POD including internet connexion cable and WI FI 16 Mo, local area network, overhead projector, videoprojector, big screen of projection, computer, sound system with microphone, video conference on request, etc.) Both meeting rooms benefit from natural light to create a confortable work environment. Welcoming reception area, next to the meeting rooms, is available for you during coffee breaks and for individual conversation.
